Inclusivista Spectrum is a locally led Civil Society Organisation (CSO) advancing human rights, peacebuilding, inclusive development, and psychosocial wellbeing across Sri Lanka — with a particular focus on conflict-affected and marginalised communities.
Inclusivista Spectrum was founded by young community leaders with lived experience and deep roots in grassroots initiatives across Northern Sri Lanka. We work alongside conflict-affected and marginalised communities to address the lasting impacts of conflict, inequality, and exclusion by creating opportunities for healing, inclusion, leadership, and sustainable development.
An inclusive, peaceful, and resilient society where diversity is valued, human rights are upheld, and every individual lives with dignity, safety, equal opportunity, and hope.
To empower individuals and communities through inclusive, trauma-informed, and rights-based approaches that strengthen leadership, promote peace and social cohesion, advance psychosocial wellbeing, foster sustainable livelihoods, and drive lasting social transformation.
Each programme responds to a different part of the community — women, youth, and children — but shares the same trauma-informed, participatory foundation.
Supporting women to heal, lead, and thrive through psychosocial wellbeing, leadership development, economic empowerment, and social inclusion.
Equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become active leaders, responsible citizens, and changemakers within their communities.
"Blooming Buds"

"Safe Space. Strong Voices."
A women-led platform that brings together women to connect, heal, learn, collaborate, and lead collective action for stronger, more inclusive communities.
A 12-week online facilitation programme strengthening facilitation, leadership, communication, and community engagement capacities among young facilitators across the country.
Our work is guided by evidence-based, rights-based, and community-driven approaches that place people, relationships, and local leadership at the centre of sustainable peace and development.
We address the root causes of conflict by fostering dialogue, strengthening relationships, and supporting individuals and communities to transform conflict into opportunities for peaceful coexistence and sustainable social change.
We promote empathy, active listening, and respectful communication to strengthen trust, encourage constructive dialogue, and build healthier relationships within families, communities, and institutions.
All programmes are designed and implemented using the Do No Harm framework to minimise unintended harm, strengthen social cohesion, and ensure our interventions contribute positively to local dynamics.
We recognise the long-term impact of conflict, violence, and adversity. Every initiative is designed with an understanding of psychosocial wellbeing, resilience, and healing.
Communities are active partners in every stage of our work. Women, young people, local leaders, and community organisations co-design, implement, and evaluate programmes to ensure relevance, ownership, and sustainability.
Our work is grounded in human rights, gender equality, safeguarding, disability inclusion, and accountability, ensuring that every individual can participate with dignity, safety, and equal opportunity.

A strategic planning session with Young Visionary (YV) — of which Inclusivista Spectrum is also a part — on bringing YV alumni together as the Cohesion Circle for Green Visionaries.

A reflective workshop jointly organised with Young Visionary, exploring identity through art, nature, and shared ritual — not just a workshop, but a journey.

To mark Women's Month, our volunteers, social workers, and team members shared personal reflections on women's rights, safety, and dignity — in their own words.
